Bluegrass Jams

I host bluegrass-style jams for families who want to play music together on acoustic folk-type instruments. Cost is $5/jammer, parents of participating kids play free (and we WANT you in the circle!) For those new to their instruments, I can also help you get going on banjo, fiddle or guitar in private lessons. I love to work with families who want to play together. I focus on playing music casually for the fun and camaraderie of it, rather than perfection for performance, learning how music works so you can join in spontaneously with others even if you don't have years of experience.
